Are there any setup fees?
No! We want to keep it as simple as possible. The pricing you see for the hats is what you pay. (If there are special requests there may be additional charges.)
What are your turnaround times?
Typically, 5-10 business days, but these can vary slightly depending on current inventory and how quickly you approve mockups and stitch-outs.
Do you provide mockups?
Absolutely! This is the first step in the process after the order is placed. Also, after the mockup is approved, we stitch out one hat and send that to you for approval before starting on the rest. This process eliminates any surprises once you receive the hats.
Are there quantity minimums?
No, you can order as few as just one, but pricing is drastically reduced per hat the more hats you order.
Can you embroider any logo?
Although we can embroider most logos, there are some that we cannot. Logos with super small text or a lot of intricate detail do not work well with embroidery. We can always work with you in simplifying your logo to ensure it stitches properly.
Can I add text or another logo to the side or back of the hat?
Sure can! For text, check the box at the bottom of the product page and enter the text you would like (there is an extra cost). If you would like a logo added please email us at logo@stitchrebellion.com after you order and we can send a separate invoice depending on what you are looking for.
Do you accept returns?
Since everything is custom made, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can you do 3D Puff embroidery?
Yes, we can! Please email us at logo@stitchrebellion.com with your logo and let us know that you would like 3D Puff and we will let you know if it is possible for your logo.
Can you embroider on other items not on your website?
Sure can! We can embroider other hat brands and styles not listed on our website, jackets, polos, hoodies, t-shirts, and more! Email us and we would be happy to work with you on all of your embroidery needs.
Where is your shop located?
We are a small family-owned business located in Malone, NY, a small town about 10 minutes south of the Canadian border. We say “eh” a lot around here!
