These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stitch Rebellion website and your purchase of products or services from Stitch Rebellion LLC (“Stitch Rebellion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an order, approving a proof, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Products

Stitch Rebellion specializes in custom and made-to-order products. Because our products are customized specifically for each customer, orders are subject to different cancellation, return, and refund policies than standard retail merchandise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information, including product style, color, size, quantity, artwork, spelling, thread colors, decoration method, and other customization details before approval.

2. Artwork & Digital Mock-Ups

Digital mock-ups are provided to represent the intended placement, design, colors, and general appearance of the finished product.

Mock-ups are digital representations only. While listed design dimensions are intended to represent the production dimensions, the visual size, positioning, colors, proportions, and appearance shown on a digital mock-up may not be perfectly to scale or identical to the finished product.

Colors displayed on a screen may also differ from actual thread, patch, garment, or product colors.

By approving a mock-up, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the design, spelling, product selections, colors, placement, and other order details shown or provided.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may result in additional charges.

3. First-Hat Approval

For qualifying orders Stitch Rebellion may provide a photograph of the first completed hat for approval before completing the remainder of the order.

A photograph is intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished embroidery. Close-up photographs can make individual stitches, thread texture, and minor irregularities appear more prominent than they do when the product is viewed normally.

Once the first completed product is approved, production may proceed based on that approval.

4. Embroidery & Customization Variations

Embroidery is a physical process performed on fabric and will not reproduce artwork in the same manner as a printed or digital image.

Minor variations in stitching, registration, positioning, thread direction, small text, fine details, and other characteristics are normal and are not necessarily considered defects.

Placement may vary slightly from product to product because of differences in seams, panels, construction, framing, and manufacturing tolerances.

Certain artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted to produce an acceptable embroidered result.

5. Product & Manufacturer Variations

Products may have natural manufacturing variations between individual units, production runs, colors, and sizes.

These may include variations in shape, seams, panels, fit, fabric, color, structure, stitching, or other construction characteristics.

These variations are controlled by the product manufacturer and are not considered defects in Stitch Rebellion's customization work unless the product itself is materially defective.

6. Production Times

Production times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates unless expressly agreed to by Stitch Rebellion in writing.

Production time generally begins after all required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received.

Customer delays in approving artwork, responding to questions, or providing necessary information may extend production time.

High-volume periods, inventory shortages, supplier delays, equipment issues, shipping disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may also affect production schedules.

7. Pricing & Low-Volume Fees

Pricing may vary based on product, quantity, decoration method, artwork, customization, and other order requirements.

Orders below certain quantity thresholds may be subject to a low-volume fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed during the ordering or checkout process.

Volume pricing applies only when the applicable quantity requirements are satisfied unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, promotions, or other errors before fulfilling an order. If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

8. Cancellations

Because custom orders may require artwork preparation, digitizing, product ordering, and other work shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Approved orders or orders that have entered production generally cannot be canceled.

If Stitch Rebellion agrees to cancel an order before production, any applicable design, digitizing, processing, transaction, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted from the refund.

9. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds based on preference, change of mind, or other reasons unrelated to an error or defect attributable to Stitch Rebellion.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at admin@stitchrebellion.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

We will review reported issues and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, remake, store credit, partial refund, refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.

Products should not be discarded, altered, used extensively, or otherwise disposed of while a claim is being reviewed. We may require photographs or return of affected merchandise before providing a resolution.

Normal embroidery characteristics, approved design elements, manufacturer variations, or differences that fall within reasonable production tolerances are not considered defects.

10. Customer-Approved Errors

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs and order information before approval.

Stitch Rebellion is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof or information supplied or approved by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect colors, incorrect product selections, or other approved details.

If a customer requests a remake because of an approved error, we may offer a remake at an additional cost.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside Stitch Rebellion's control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact the carrier and Stitch Rebellion promptly so the situation can be reviewed.

Stitch Rebellion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, or other materials to Stitch Rebellion, you represent that you own the material or have authorization to reproduce and use it for the products ordered.

You grant Stitch Rebellion the limited rights necessary to reproduce, modify, digitize, and otherwise process the submitted material for purposes of fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide without the necessary ownership or authorization.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees charged for digitizing or artwork preparation compensate Stitch Rebellion for the work required to prepare the design for production and do not necessarily constitute a sale or transfer of Stitch Rebellion's underlying production files, digitized embroidery files, working files, or proprietary processes.

13. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders involving unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, technical limitations, or requests we cannot reasonably produce.

If we cancel an order for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for amounts paid for products or services that will not be provided.

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, photographs and screen displays may not perfectly represent actual product or thread colors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update website information when necessary.

15. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity requirements, or other limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse improperly obtained, duplicated, manipulated, or unauthorized discounts.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stitch Rebellion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitch Rebellion's total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid to Stitch Rebellion for the portion of the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Shopify & Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted using Shopify and may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, communications, analytics, and other services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any transactions with Stitch Rebellion will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website unless otherwise stated.

The Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that order.
