How it works

1. Choose Your Hat
Pick the hat style and color(s) you’d like.

2. Add Your Logo or Text
Upload your logo or enter the text you want embroidered.

3. Customize Your Hat
Optionally add side or back text, or a flag.

4. Review Your Mockup
After your order is placed, we’ll create a digital mockup for your approval.

5. First Hat Approval (12+ Hats)
For orders of 12 hats or more, we’ll send a photo of the first hat stitched out after mockup approval.

6. Production
Once approved, we’ll finish your order and get it ready to ship.
Production Times

We are currently operating at a 10–15 business day production time. Mockups are sent in the order that orders are received. While we don’t have an exact timeline for mockups, they will always be sent for approval before your hats go into production.
Shipping

All orders include free shipping. Average transit time is 3–5 business days. An expedited 1–3 business day shipping option is also available at checkout for an additional charge.
